Green coffee beans are basically just unroasted coffee beans. Coffee beans are loaded with antioxidants and active compounds. Two of the most important compounds are Caffeine and Chlorogenic Acid. Chlorogenic Acid is the main active ingredient in green coffee beans. Chlorogenic Acid may produce Weight Loss effects by affecting how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism. It is also thought to have health benefits for heart disease and diabetes.

Directions for use
Pour 150ml of cold water into your Supreme Nutrition shaker and add one level scoop of Lean Protein. Attach the lid firmly back on shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Individuals with higher protein requirements may add two level scoops to 300ml of cold water. The water content may also be adjusted to suit personal preference. Do not exceed more than four servings per day.

How many shakes a day?As a protein supplement try to have at least 2-3 servings everyday including non training days. The most important time to take protein is within 30 mins after training.
When?Lean Protein can be taken between meals, pre and post workout and last thing at night.
What to add?You can slow down the protein absorption rate by adding some healthy fats such as fish oil, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil or Udos oil. You can also add some fiber to help maintain a healthy digestive system.
To make a smoothieAdd at least 1-2 scoops of Lean Protein to a blender and add some water, orange juice or milk. Then add ice cubes, fruit and some healthy fats such as peanut butter.
